Il est c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 demain, le <strong>13 janvier,<\/strong> jour de sa mort.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019on dit que quand le pauvre saint passa de <strong>Parme,<\/strong> un cordonnier vit ses <strong>maigres souliers,<\/strong> et pour piti\u00e9 lui donna une paire de souliers tout neufs. Ajouter la vanille, la pinc\u00e9e de sel et le zeste de citron r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est compact, couvrez-le avec le film et laissez-le reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins une demi-heure.<\/p>\n<p>Rouler avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur devrait \u00eatre d&rsquo;environ un demi-centim\u00e8tre. Coupez-le en morceaux en forme de chaussure. Disposez-les sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie beurr\u00e9e et faites cuire \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s pendant environ 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Entre-temps, pr\u00e9parer le gla\u00e7age: fouetter les deux blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs restants, ajouter le sucre glace et le jus de citron filtr\u00e9 \u00e0 la passoire.
