This cooking class is suitable for the ones of you who want to receive an understanding of the traditional Emilian cuisine.
The duration is 3 hours
for beginners or passionate
Price per person: € 80,00, the course will be confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
For just a few participants I will hold the course in a flat downtown in Parma, for over 3-4 participants I will hold the course on the hills, in the kitchen of a wine cellar. The maximum number of participants I can accept is 8-10 persons.
The duration is 3 hours and you will learn how to prepare:
an antipasto: giardiniera
a primo: gnocchi di patate or tortelli d’erbetta alla parmigiana
a main course: la duchessa di Parma
a dessert: panna cotta or torta al cioccolato
At the end of the course you will have the plates you prepared, local wines (¼ lt per person), water, digestives and coffee included.
