This course is suitable for the ones who want to have an understanding of traditional Emilian cookery.

 

The course lasts for 5 hours

 

beginners or amateurial cooks

 

Price per person € 100,00. The course will be confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.

 

For just a few participant the course will take place in a flat downtown in Parma, for a higher number of participants I will hold the coruse in a wine cellar on the hills around Parma.
I accept a maximum of 8-10 persons.

PROGAMME:

an appetizer: the fried bread

two pastas: tagliatelle with ham ragu and tortelli Parma style

a main course: porks cheeks with polenta

a cake: the sbrisolona

A fine corso i partecipanti potranno pranzare con ciò che hanno prodotto. Vini locali (1⁄4 lt. per persona), acqua, digestivi e caffè inclusi.
